Booking Conditions for Il Monastero
Change over day is flexible so that you can take advantage of the cheap flights from Ryanair.com - flying into Ancona or Pescara from London Stansted and now from Liverpool.
Short breaks are available - a minimum of 3 nights. (Minimum charge £160 for 1-2 people).
You will find the link to the booking form at the end of these conditions. Pet animals are not allowed on the property.
Included in price: You will find tea, coffee, sugar, milk and a bottle of wine. All facilities at the house, bed linen and bathroom towels. End of stay cleaning, gas & electricity. Guests staying two weeks will have a change of linen and towels. Please bring your own beach towels (damaged towels will be charged for).
Security Deposit: A security charge of £150 will be added to your final bill. This will be returned 1 week after your stay when the property has been checked for damage and breakages. If the property, especially the kitchen and bathrooms are not left in a reasonable state and so require extra cleaning this will be deducted from the deposit.
Insurance: We strongly recommend that you get full holiday travel insurance to cover medical problems, loss, injury or damage to yourself and your belongings, travel delays and cancellation insurance. We accept no liability whatsoever for these events.
Payment: A deposit of 50% is required on booking. The remainder, with security deposit, is due 8 weeks prior to your date of arrival at Il Monastero. The owner reserves the right to treat the booking as having been cancelled if full payment is not received 8 weeks prior to the first day of rental.
On receipt of the signed booking form and deposit, your reservation will be confirmed. On receipt of final payment, directions will be sent to you. Generally we will meet you at the apartment with the keys, please ensure we have swopped mobile numbers. We live 30 mins away so please telephone us when you pay your toll fee at Civitanova to allow us time to get to Sant Angelo in Pontano to meet you with the keys.
On a changeover day we may require you to leave the apartment before 10am or Arrive after 4pm, to allow us time to clean.
