We have provided everything we think you might need at Casal dei Fichi, hair dryers, all linen including pool towels, all the apartments are centrally heated and we charge no supplements. There is free access to a communal washing machine and a large collection of DVDs, books and games - in case you fancy that quiet night in !

Casal dei Fichi is a lovingly restored farmhouse offering one and two bedroom luxury apartments in a stunning location. Each apartment is large and spacious combining modern comforts with traditional features, all have beamed ceilings and most have fireplaces. Every apartment has either a large terrazza or private garden for relaxing and dining. The 15m heated pool has beautiful views across the valley and to the Sibline mountains and the landscaped gardens are surrounded by fields of corn, sunflowers, woodland, vineyards and olive groves.
 
Each apartment features a large living room with 2 comfortable sofas, TV, DVD and stereo, the kitchens are equipped with everything you could need to enjoy the fresh local produce to the full, including full oven, 4 ring gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker and a wide range of utensils. They have large granite worktops which are complemented with modern oak units. The bedrooms have either comfortable queen sized or very large twin beds and the modern bathrooms all have powerful showers.
 
In the landscaped grounds you will find a herb garden, a vegetable garden and an orchard - we encourage you to take freely from these and enjoy the delights of fresh produce on your doorstep. In your kitchen there is a bottle of extra virgin olive oil made in the local press from our own olives at Casal dei Fichi.
 

LOCATION

We are situated in beautiful central Marche mid way between Macerata and Fermo. The small town of Francavilla is 2km away with bank, shops, bars and an excellent restaurant. We are surrounded by ancient hill top towns, all with interesting sights and restaurants. Ascoli Piceno and Urbino are easy day trips as are Assisi and Perugia. Just over 30 minutes away are the Sibline Mountains, a stunning national park whilst the same distance in the other direction are the blue flag beaches of the Adriatic, slightly further north the quiet coves of the Monte Conero national park.
