There is an excellent Osteria within walking distance for lunches and evening meals. Sarnano is 3Km away and has restaurants, supermarkets and shops. ![]() Sarnano is a preserved Medieval Hill town, Spa and Ski resort on the edge of the Monti Sibillini National Park. It has many shops, tourist information, restaurants and other amenities. It is a beautiful place to holiday which caters for all tastes. ![]() The mountains are a wonderful natural environment for exploring and walking. You can swim in Lake fiastra or the coast is 45 minutes away. - Not to mention all the magic of Italy's food, culture, history and people. ![]() The perfect spot for winter skiing (about Christmas time to March), The ski runs and lifts of Sassotetto are only a 10 minute drive up the mountain. Other resorts close by include Bolognola, and Ussita. Cross country skiing at Acquacanina, and a ski school for beginners. BOOKING CONDITIONS The price includes towels, linen, welcome groceries, utilities, wood for burning and the final clean. There is a non refundable deposit of £100 at booking and the balance is to be paid a week before your holiday starts. The owners take no responsibility for personal loss or accident. Car hire is available too on the Ryan Air website, or you can arrange it at Ancona airport. (Go to "Le Marche" page for a link and details) From the airport join the A14 motorway heading South towards Pescara (take a ticket at the toll, the cost is 2 euros 40 payable when you come off) . After approx 40 KM take the exit signed Macerata & Civitanova Marche, pay your toll, turn left at the roundabout and then onto the Supastrada 77 signed to Macerata (bear right). Continue for 20Km until exit Macerata Ovest & Sforzacosta. Follow the signs onto the SS78 road signposted Ascoli Piceno until you reach Sarnano. In Sarnano turn right in the Piazza della Liberte following signs to Sassotetto. Go past the Hotel Terme and up the hill. Continue out of town for 4Km. When you reach an Osteria (inn) on a sharp bend to the right turn left to Giampereto and then immediate left up a steep gravel drive. The house is at the top. |

| THE GROUND FLOOR A living, dining and kitchen area in an open plan format with a fireplace. ![]() ![]() The kitchen has gas rings and an electric oven and a good size fridge and small freezer. There is a gas boiler which provides instant hot water and heating. There is a washing machine in the top bathroom. FIRST & SECOND FLOORS ![]() The first and second floor both have a double and single bedroom and a bathroom which includes a toilet, shower, sink and bidet.
