Located on a quiet road just outside the little hill-top town of Ripe San Ginesio, the property is in a peaceful setting looking across a valley towards the mountains. Surrounding area: The house is ideal for both summer and winter holidays, being just half an hour from Sarnano, (which as well as the skiing centre has its own thermal baths and many walking routes) and half an hour from the Adriatic coast. 5 miles away lie the Roman ruins of Urbisaglia, (amphitheatre, cryptoportico), and 15 miles away is the walled city of Macerata, which hosts an annual opera festival in its Sferistereo. There are numerous restaurants in the area, which are as pleasing to the palate as they are easy on the wallet.

By Car: Day trips include: the Frasassi Caves (one of the largest networks in Central Europe), Assisi - with its Basilica, Perugia - a beautiful University City, Bologna - city of art, music and cuisine, Rome - no words necessary.
