Upon arrival at Casa Civetta, you will be met by a caretaker who will give you a tour of the house and the keys. As well as a welcome pack of basic food and drink there will be a folder containing useful information about the area such as restaurant recommendations, market days, festival dates etc. Guests will have the use of bed linen and bathroom towels, electricity, gas and hot water. Cleaners will replace linen amd towels each Sunday as well as giving the house a thorough clean. The pool will be maintained throughout the week.
Please read the conditions below. In order for the booking to be accepted, your agreement to these conditions must be confirmed in an email (address below). We offer a reduction of GBP100 per room per week for under-occupancy. Bookings are taken from Sunday to Sunday. Pets and camping are not allowed. Pool towels will be required.
PAYMENT
A deposit of GBP 750 per week will be required upon booking. The balance, together with a security deposit of GBP 300, is due at least 8 weeks before arrival. The owners reserve the right to treat the booking as being cancelled and the deposit forfeit if the final payments are not made by this date.
SECURITY DEPOSIT
A security deposit of GBP 300 is payable at least 8 weeks prior to occupation and shall be refunded within 2 weeks of vacation of Casa Falco following checks for breakages and damage. Any breakages and damages will be taken out of the security deposit.
INSURANCE
We strongly recommend that you obtain full and comprehensive holiday travel insurance to cover any medical problems, loss, injury or damage to yourselves and belongings whilst on holiday. This should also include travel delay and holiday cancellation. The owners accept no responsibility whatsoever for such events.
CANCELLATION
If cancellation takes place more than 8 weeks prior to occupancy, a full refund will be given. If less than 8 weeks, then the full amount is forfeit. (see insurance advice).
