Tesoro, meaning treasure in Italian, perfectly describes this beautiful house and its stunning location. Renovated to a very high standard and offering luxurious accommodation for up to 6 people Il Tesoro really is a little treasure of a house. The outside area has a terrace for dining with magnificent yet gentle views of hill top towns and verdant rolling country side. A short drive takes you to the gorgeous walled town of Servigiliano. At a very affordable price you can enjoy Tesoro and all it offers for a perfect Italian holiday.




The house has been renovated to a high standard with luxurious finishes in the shower and bathrooms and top bedroom suite. You enter the house from the driveway where there is a cloakroom with WC and washing machine. The dining room with table and chairs leads onto a side terrace and the kitchen.



The kitchen leads out to the eating terrace. A small sitting room with an open fire and a large leather sofa leads up to the first floor. Here there are two bedrooms, one double and one twin/double. Both room lead to a luxurious bathroom with large walk in shower, bath, two sinks and a WC. The fitting are high standard and contemporary in design as they are throughout.



There is another small sitting roomwith a sofa bed and  open fire place. This room leads to the 2nd floor suite which has a double bed, luxury huge walk in shower, large bath tub, 2 sinks and a WC. It is open plan and leads to a large area of open plan wardrobes and shelving. There is a sitting area with antique stove and  leather sofa with a large TV. The room has two balconies for enjoying the beautiful views and looking down on the infinity pool area.



The outside has a dining terrace close to the house with large wooden tables, a huge umbrella and seating for 6 to 8. The pool is on a lower terrace with a sheltered sitting area which also has table and chairs and sun loungers. The pool is an infinity pool with side steps into the shallow end.


The house is surrounded by olive groves and cultivated farmland.  Imagine dining alfresco on the spectacular south-facing terrace absorbing the magnificent sunrise and sunsets with a glass of local vino.

LOCATION
Curetta is a small hamlet with a mini shop and a bar. Il Tesoro is above Curetta and the hamlet is a 6 minute drive from Servigiliano with most shopping needs, restaurants, bars etc. Falerone another 5 minute drive  has supermarkets, more restaurants etc.

Fermo the nearest walled city and the provincial capital is a 40 min drive and the coastal town Monte San Giorgio is another 10 minute drive. This is the closest beach and has many excellent restaurants, bars and nightlife. It also has lovely boutiques and shops.

Going the other way from Il Tesoro takes you to Monte San MArtino famous for its paintings, Sant Vittoria, Amandola, Sarnano and the mountains with mountain activities hiking, pony trekking, hang gliding, swimming etc.

A restaurant guide is left in the house for your use and info on the area can be sent to you.

The closest airport is Ancona approx 1 hour 20 mins where car hire is available. Other possible airports are Pescara, Bologna Forli and Bologna, Rome, Rimini and Perugia.
